We may collect account details such as your email address, login activity, saved CV titles and CV text, submission details such as target role and job description, result history, billing metadata, and messages you send through the contact form.
We use personal information to operate the service, authenticate users, store saved CVs, process and deliver Career Scans, application intelligence summaries, recruiter review matrices, risk flags, and targeted CV guidance, manage subscriptions and free-usage limits, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, and maintain reliability and security.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full payment card number. We may store limited billing metadata such as Stripe customer IDs, subscription IDs, billing status, plan code, and usage-cycle information needed to manage access.
We use service providers including Cloudflare for hosting and edge functions, Supabase for authentication and database storage, Stripe for billing, Resend for transactional email, and AI model providers such as OpenAI or Typhoon to generate application-report output. These providers process data only as needed to perform their service roles.
Depending on your location, we process data to perform our contract with you, comply with legal obligations, protect our legitimate business interests in operating and securing the service, and, where required, based on your consent.
We retain account, billing, and support information for operational, accounting, fraud-prevention, and legal reasons. Saved CVs, submissions, and generated outputs may remain available in your account until you delete them, request account deletion, or we remove them under our retention practices.
Because our providers may operate in multiple countries, your information may be processed or stored outside your home jurisdiction. Where required, we rely on reasonable contractual and organizational safeguards for those transfers.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including access controls and platform security features, but no service can guarantee absolute security.
You may update account details, delete saved CVs, manage subscriptions, and contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or other rights available under applicable law. We may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests.
We may use essential browser storage or similar technical mechanisms to keep you signed in, remember preferences such as language and session behavior, and support security and basic site functionality. If we add non-essential analytics or marketing technologies later, this policy should be updated.
