Career Vector provides application intelligence, recruiter review, risk analysis, targeted CV guidance, and report generation tools. The service may include account registration, saved CV storage, Career Scan history, subscription billing, and AI-generated outputs delivered on-site or by email.
You must provide accurate information, keep your login credentials confidential, and promptly update your account details if they change. You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your account.
Each registered account currently includes 3 free Career Scans. After the free quota is used, continued access requires an active paid subscription. Current plan details shown on the site are a Professional plan billed yearly and marketed at $9 per month, and a Flexible monthly plan billed at $24 per month.
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Billing is processed by Stripe, not stored directly by us. You may cancel renewal through the billing portal or by contacting us before the next renewal date. Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not retroactively reverse charges already paid for the current billing period unless required by law.
Paid subscriptions are currently limited to 50 Career Scans per billing month, and free access is limited to 3 Career Scans per registered account. We may enforce technical limits, rate limits, abuse controls, and anti-fraud checks to protect the service.
Unless otherwise required by law, subscription charges are generally non-refundable once a billing period starts. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us promptly and we will review the case in good faith.
AI-generated output, including application intelligence summaries, recruiter review matrices, risk flags, and targeted CV versions, may be incomplete, inaccurate, biased, or unsuitable for a specific job application. You remain solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all output before using it, sharing it, or relying on it.
You retain responsibility for the CVs, job descriptions, and other content you submit. You grant us a limited right to process, store, transmit, and display that content only as needed to operate the service, including through our hosting, database, email, payment, and AI-processing providers.
You may not use the service to break the law, infringe rights, submit deceptive or unlawful material, abuse infrastructure, probe for vulnerabilities, interfere with other users, or attempt unauthorized access to data, systems, or accounts.
We may suspend or terminate access, with or without notice where appropriate, if we reasonably believe the service is being abused, payment obligations are not met, legal compliance requires action, or continued access creates security, operational, or reputational risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis, without warranties of uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or business-loss damages arising from use of the service.
